Brandon Vee: His ability to formulate his own style on any type of hip hop is remarkable allowing him to be as versatile and successful one million plus fans as the city he was born and raised in, New York.
Aryane Steinkopf: Brazilian Beauty Aryane Steinkopf is not quite your average model; this sexy Brazilian has the kind of curves women wish they had, and men wish they could get their hands on. She is certainly destined for greatness and her career is taking off due to her fun-loving personality and bombshell body.
Erykah Badu: Born: February 26, 1971She grew up listening to '70s soul and '80s hip-hop, but Erykah Badu drew more comparisons to Billie Holiday upon her breakout in 1997, after the release of her first album, Baduizm. The grooves and production on the album are bass-heavy R&B, but Badu's languorous, occasionally tortured vocals and delicate phrasing immediately removed her from the legion of cookie-cutter female R&B singers. A singer/songwriter responsible for all but one of the songs on Baduizm, she found a number 12 hit with her first single, "On & On," which pushed the album to number two on the charts.Born Erica Wright in Dallas in 1971, Badu attended a school of the arts and was working as a teacher and part-time singer in her hometown when she opened for D'Angelo at a 1994 show. D'Angelo's manager, Kedar Massenburg, was impressed with the performance and hooked her up with the singer to record a cover of the Marvin Gaye/Tammi Terrell duet "Precious Love." He also signed Badu to his recently formed Kedar Entertainment label, and served as producer for Baduizm, which also starred bassist Ron Carter and members of hip-hop avatars the Roots on several tracks. The first single, "On & On," became a number one R&B hit in early 1997, and Baduizm followed it to the top of the R&B album charts by March. Opening for R&B acts as well as rap's Wu-Tang Clan, Erykah Badu stopped just short of number one on the pop album charts in April. Her Live album fol
Lenny Kravitz: Born: May 26, 1964in New York, NYYears Active: 80 's, 90 's, 00's Genre: ROCKThere may have been other "retro" rock acts before him, but Lenny Kravitz was one of the first to not be pigeonholed to a single style as he touched upon such genres as soul, funk, reggae, hard rock, psychedelic, folk, and ballads over the years. Born in New York on May 26, 1964 (his mother was actress Roxie Roker, best-known for her role as Helen Willis on the popular TV series The Jeffersons, and his father was a TV producer), Kravitz was raised in Los Angeles, where he found himself around countless musical giants as a youngster due to his parents friendships with the likes of Duke Ellington, Sarah Vaughan, Count Basie, Ella Fitzgerald, Bobby Short, and Miles Davis. Kravitz was a member of the California Boys Choir until his teenage years, when he decided to pursue rock & roll while in high school and under the heavily influence of funk rocker Prince. Kravitz's admiration of the Purple One was so great that he at first patterned his style and approach directly after Prince and became known as "Romeo Blue" (complete with blue contact lenses), but failed to land a recording contract. In the late '80s, Kravitz relocated back to New York City, where one of his roommates turned out to be actress Lisa Bonet (who played the part of Denise Huxtable on The Cosby Show); they eventually got married. During this time, Kravitz wisely discarded his Prince-lik

Matt Alonzo: Matthew Alonzo (born April 16, 1985), is an American music video director and editor. He was born and raised in Carpinteria, California. He has directed and edited music videos for chart-topping R&B, rap, and rock artists. Early life Alonzo grew up in a blue-collar family. His passion for films came at the early age of nine, as he began to experiment with the camera and creating short films. After realizing his talent as a film maker while in high school, Alonzo chose to continue his education at Brooks Institute, developing professional skills in editing and directing. Directing career Alonzo directed and edited a Lil Wayne "Gossip" concert music video that he placed online at YouTube. The video was viewed over 10 million times. He then linked up with DJ Skee at Skee.TV and became a partner in the company.[2] In early 2011, Alonzo left Skee.TV and started his own production company Modern Artists Creative. Alonzo began to achieve more and more praise for his music videos which has now led to numerous videos claiming upwards of 100 million viewers combined for such artists as Soulja Boy, Ice Cube, Pitbull, New Boyz, The Game, Chris Cornell, The Clipse, Cypress Hill, Xzibit, Far East Movement and more. Alonzo's "Like A G6" music video for Far East Movement was nominated for a MTV Japan VMA under the category for Best Hip-Hop Music Video. In late 2010, Alonzo signed with International Creative Management for feature film representation.

Paula Patton: Even though bright-eyed actress Paula Patton began performing as a little girl, putting plays in her own back yard, the shy young woman didn't realize she wanted a career onscreen for many years to come. In high school, she became involved in a PBS series that took young, aspiring filmmakers on a trip across the country to work on their own documentaries, and when Patton graduated high school, she continued to pursue her interest in working behind the camera by enrolling the film school at the University of Southern California. After graduation, she worked as a production assistant, nurturing her goal of producing her own movie, but something felt missing. Finally, Patton realized that her passion was to be on the other side of the camera, so she enrolled in acting classes and strove toward her new goal in full force. Within a few years, Patton had landed a small role in Will Smith's 2005 comedy Hitch. The next year, she auditioned for a strange and exciting project by music-video director and first time filmmaker Bryan Barber starring Andre 3000 from the hip-hop group OutKast. The movie was called Idlewild, and the super-stylized comedy/crime drama/musical was set in the Prohibition-era American South. Patton's fresh new face was exactly what the unique project needed, and she was cast in the role of Angel Davenport, the female lead. Though the film wasn't geared toward the mainstream, it was a cult success among audiences and critics who appreciated its quirky style.
